Experience the passion and tradition of East Coast Italian-American cuisine at The Italian Dolores. Our story began with a simple vision - to bring a taste of the East Coast to Southwestern Colorado.

Tony was born and raised in a heavily Italian small town in Pennsylvania while Marie hails from the madness that is Southern California.

After spending 30+ years in Las Vegas in the hospitality/entertainment industry, we decided to escape the hustle of the big city and settle in beautiful downtown Dolores. While we miss many of the conveniences of the big city, we are thrilled to call Dolores “home” and look forward to contributing to the community.
